Ordered 2 items from their website. One was discovered was in arrears. The others then told me it was no longer available. I received my refund and subsequently received my backordered but no shipping notice preliminary. I think they need to update their website to reflect their supply. This was my second time ordering from Remodelr and the products are as described and arrived in good condition, provided more than what many others have not done. Although I wish the process was easier 'm satisfied Remodelr .
